This policy explains what Logistic Infotech PVT. LTD. (“we”) collects when you use EqBees, why, and your choices. We collect only what we need to run the Service.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — your mobile number (used to sign you in via OTP) and the name you provide.
• Your strategy data — the ladders, positions, prices, trades and settings you enter to use the Service.
• Notification preferences — e.g. a Telegram chat ID or device push token, only if you opt in to those channels.
• Usage and device data — logs, IP address and basic device information, for security and to keep the Service reliable.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We receive your subscription status; we do not store your card or bank details.

2. How we use it

• To provide the Service — sign-in, alerts, tracking, reports and analytics you request.
• To send you one-time passwords and the alerts and reminders you enable.
• To process and manage your subscription and billing.
• To provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, and improve the Service.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with providers that help us run the Service:

• SMS gateways (e.g. HSPSMS, SMSALA) — your mobile number, to deliver OTP and alert messages.
• Razorpay — to process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Notification services (Telegram, Firebase Cloud Messaging) — only for channels you enable.
• Market-data providers — for live prices; no personal data is shared for this.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data (subject to records we must retain by law).

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data — including encryption of sensitive values at rest and secure transport (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for optional channels (like Telegram or push). To exercise these, contact us at support@eqbees.com.

7. Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

8. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above and is not directed at children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be notified in-app or by other reasonable means.
