These Terms govern your use of EqBees (the “Service”), operated by Logistic Infotech PVT. LTD.. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What EqBees is — and is not

EqBees is a discipline and tracking tool for a rules-based “ladder” strategy on exchange-traded funds and stocks. It generates buy, sell and re-buy alerts based on parameters you choose, and tracks your positions and results.

• EqBees is not investment advice and we are not a registered investment adviser, research analyst, broker or portfolio manager.
• The Service does not execute trades. You place every order yourself with your own broker.
• Backtested and simulated figures are hypothetical; past performance is not indicative of future results.
• All investment decisions are yours alone. Consider consulting a SEBI-registered investment adviser before investing.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law.
• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your number and account secure, and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Plans, subscriptions and billing

• Free plan: up to 2 active ladders with in-app alerts, at no cost.
• Pro plan: ₹249 / month or ₹2,249 / year (inclusive of applicable taxes), unlocking unlimited ladders and all features.
• Pro includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial; billing begins after it ends unless you cancel.
• Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card details.
• We may change prices or plan features with reasonable prior notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime. Please see our Refunds & Cancellation Policy for full details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it; copying, reverse-engineering or reselling it; using it for any unlawful purpose; or relying on it as a guarantee of financial returns.

6. Market risk and disclaimer

Investments in securities are subject to market risks, including the possible loss of principal. Alerts and prices may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable due to data-feed, network or third-party issues. EqBees is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logistic Infotech PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, content and trademarks, belongs to Logistic Infotech PVT. LTD.. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your personal, non-commercial investing.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or others.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
